Question on Watcher's Eye Jewel

My friend has a Watcher's Eye Jewel with following mods :
30% Chance to convert Phy Dmg to Lighting Damage when affected by Wrath
30% Chance to Blind when affected by Grace

He is Necromancer with Minions. My question is does Watcher's eye grant these effects to his the minions ? Does adding or removing Genorosity change this ?

the watchers eyes jewels affecting you, the player, not your minions. adding or removing generosity will not change this. generosity is just the switch if the auras are affecting you or not.
