Can't find The Canals in act 10

Its supposed to be connected to the Ravaged Square and I've run the map 2 times, how am I missing this? There were Vaal areas, would that take the spot or something?

They should be just a little right of the waypoint. Innocence should be visible on your map, he's standing in front of the entrance. If it's the first time through, your quest will update and you'll need to go to other areas (I think it's the reliquary, could be wrong) before you can get through.
