Did you have lag spikes before?
I'm sure power lines can work with PoE, what I wonder is if people having lag spikes because of Wifi were able to fix it when switching to powerline.
Some people have a good poe experience with wifi so.. knowing some have a good experience with powerline does not tell me a lot except if they were having problems with wifi before :).
Maybe read
Thanks for helping, however I spent some time figuring out how those devices work, what I kinda need to know is if switching from wifi to powerline fixes the lag spike problems for those who have them. when you google "poe lag spikes" you realize a lot of players experience an unstable PoE experience because they're using wifi (specifically with poe). However I couldn't find any thread about people fixing said problem by switching to powerline, hence my inquiry here ^^
Ah, never used reddit before, maybe I should give it a try indeed. the request is pretty specific yea. but looking at the amount of people complaining about packet loss with a good wifi + PoE, I was hoping to get some attention here.
Trust me reddit aint worth it. Pretty much the same kind of garbage community as twitter or youtube lol
