If spectres are your primary minions you should use vis mortis of course. If you prefer zombies, you can craft +1 Zombie on it. I prefer the second option, so i have a 6link body armour with chaos resist and other resists, i prefer this. ^^ but if i were a spectre-summoner i would definitely put on the vis mortis body armour! ^^
