Selling items for money
Is there anyway of selling currency/items for real money? Its just curiosity, but it would be great if some people could earn something for playing and grinding in this game.

Yeah. Don't do that, please. It's against the rules.

There was a reason why Blizzard got rid of that feature from D3. Gee, did you ever wonder WHY?

Wait, you could sell items for real money in Diablo 3? I don't remember that.

The old D3 AH supported RMT.

@op
THe concept youre looking for is RMT - real money trading - and its very much so illegal. You will be banned if caught.
RMT sites do exist though.

It's been so long that I forgot that D3 did that.

This idiot and his kind are the reason we have ♥♥♥♥ RMT shops or asian gold sellers in MMOS. There's a market, they will come.

Well, I don't know if I'd call him an idiot...
He asked a question out of curiosity, you call him an idiot?? I think that makes you a moron.

Yeah. I think calling him an idiot is kind of moronic for certain.

This is what ruined D2... botters paying the bills without playing or enjoying the game.

One of the worst errors, in my opinion, is when Blizzard not only deleted the Real Money Auction House in D3 (never should have been in there to begin with but they got greedy), but at the same time they deleted the gold-based auction house. After that, there were thousands of players with no place to sell and buy stuff.

Although it sounds innocent at first, these kinds of things create really serious problems with RMT farming making the game so incredibly filled up with botters and item sellers that they end up driving the real players away due to annoyance.

There's always going to be illegal RMT but it can be much, much worse if encouraged.
