Why are Fingerless Silk Gloves and Two Toned Boots showing on my loot filter as worth picking up?

I'm using Neversink's loot filter and these items show up with an orange border. I found a reddit page where Neversink explains the filter colours and it says that these items are used for Regal Jewelry, but I'm not sure what this is.

They make good crafting bases because of their inherit stats. Don't think they are worth picking up unless your gonna craft em.

A high ilvl might change that but not sure if anyone actually buys white versions of them

Sell them if they are good raresand if they have a good ilvl. Silk gloves are especially good for totems and trap/mine builds, since most lab enchants don't work with them.
