By default 1, ignoring searing bond. Depends a bit on what exact totem or totems you mean...

There have been builds with 10 siege ballistas...

There is a skill that the scion gets and that the priest type gets that lets you summon another totem, but it comes from the ascendancy perks. You can also enable a third totem via skill to the west of the priest guy's skill treet, but you forfeit all ability to do damage of any type, this includes and all minions that you summon, skills you use and spells you might try.

Im pretty sure that keystone just doesnt let you personally deal damage, but everything else can?

Yeah it's only personnal direct damage, minions, traps and mines still work and they are actually used in many ancestrral bond builds (vaal lightning trap for example).

if playing hiero, can use searing bond, which is also a totem, which makes it +1 = 7
