Can't enter my hideout!!!

I've completed almost act 2 in standar league but there's quest I must complete by speaking to Helena in my hideout. Whenever I click on it in a waypoint, it just doesn't loads and instantly kicks me out the server. I've checked the files and everything is completely fine, I've tried searching for a solution in internet but there isn't. Has anyone experienced this before and somehow fixed it? Please, help me.

What error do you get when it kicks you off? Does it give you one? Does it just kick you to the login server?

it kicks me rightaway to the login menu. There's not even an error notification, nothing.

Can you talk to Helena in Act 2 camp? Is there any option to send her there or something?

I would check to see if you can enter someone elses hideout, maybe that will tell us something.

I just have to talk to her in my hideout to finish the quest.

Yes I know but maybe there is some dialogue or something you may have missed.

Try entering someone elses hideout
