gray stats on poe trade?

Whenever I look at poe trade I see a lot of items with gray stats. What do those stats mean? For example I was looking at an amulet with increased elemental attack skill and found this:

35% increased damage
+46 dex
+4-8 cold dmg to attacks
25% incraese global crit strike chance
+72 max life

The gray stats said it had 39% increased elemental dmg with attack skills but it's not actually listed on the item.

grey stats at the bottom is a "pseudo stat". When you are searching for a mod you search for pseudo mods if there is this green "total" in front of it.

What pseudo stat means is that poe.trade counts together every stat that would count for that.
For example if you are looking for "increased Elemental damage with attack skills" it would also count "increased elemental damage", because "increased WEP" is included in "increased elemental".

If you're looking for "+ to maximum life" with the "total" in front of it, it adds the max life explicits, implicits and the total life you get from "+ strength" together to get the total "+ to maximum life".
