Bought Premium Stash Tab Bundle, Never showed up, why?

Hey guys,

I finally decided to put money in and I bought the Premium Stash Tab Bundle that comes with x6 new stash tabs.

In game, in the stash chest, nothing changed.
I tried exiting and re-loading the game, still nothing.

Does POE have a tendency of wasting people's money?

What can I do now? This makes me hesitant putting anymore money into the game.

Write a ticket to support , they should help you with that.

PoE support is really really good. Just send a ticket, GGG does not have a history of eating money.

I hope your right. It hurts having my Steam wallet sucker punched by POE.

Did you look in standard ? Because if you did, know that when you buy tabs, they first replace remove only tabs. So if you had 6 remove only tabs in the standard stash, they're converted into premium tabs. So you need to do some cleaning first.

That sucks. But then again, if that were true, wouldn't the new tabs 'be' the Premium Style that I paid for. Which they are not.

That's a very unusual thing to happen. Every transaction I have with PoE's microtransactions store appears to work for me everytime. Hope you get problem fixed.
