Arc+Spell Echo Support with Cast on crit

btw spell echo only works on self cast

In other words: Spell Echo won't affect the spell being triggered on crit, but it will work for Arc.

No. If you look at the gem it says that it has to support both an attack and a spell. When the attack crits, the spell will be cast. Therefore, you can only trigger CoC with an attack, not a spell.
