Report a translation problem
I would assume that the captured beasts from your failed encounter are gone, so you'll have to wait until Einhar spawns again. Unless there's a bug specifically with failing the first Blood Altar encounter, Einhar should now have a small chance to spawn in every new area you enter. If he spawns, the two of you can hunt and capture new beasts. With these new beasts, you should be able to try another Blood Altar fight.
I can't talk from experience though, I haven't been in this situation myself.
Completing blood altar gives nothing anyway. Just keep progressing, you'll get it eventually.
