Tips for Ascendancy trials farming?

What's the best map tiers to farm trials? It seems that lower tiers spawn more trials, but i don't know exactly if it really drops better.

I tried chan 820 trade but couldn't get any trials, nothing but scams/spam for item selling.

I know there are prophecies to get more trials, but are they worth the price?

I am lvl 89 and don't have yet all trials :/ I had better luck in previous leagues, is it only bad RNG?

If 820 doesn't help you anymore, try your friends, set your statusmessage to the ones you are looking for or something.

Last time I checked my instance entries (and that's the biased thing there... didn't know how to differentiate instances for certain when doing that) vs trials presents, Lair, Promenade, Pen, Villa, Sepulchre, Ashen Wood and Atoll had the most trials in them when looking at the percentages of trials present. This might have been flukes, and as it was across different leagues and hence atlases (--> different tiers), it might be even wronger, but those stood out. That statistic was based upon 580 trials found, so the sample size isn't that great either.
