What's so special about Blood Aqueducts?
Why should we farm that act 9 area and from when should we do it and when should we stop?

easy layout, quick to clear, and you can farm tabula.

when my gear isnt up to snuff I usually just keep grinding that place the moment I get to it until 69

How easy/fast is it to get the cards and the tabula? Every single rare item in Blood Aqeducts is able to be used in the chaos recipe?

Well, the enemies are rather static and harmless, so it's rather easy to kill them and not be killed, but the drop rate can be quite bad, costing you hours to find a decent amount of cards on average.

No. While they do have a matching itemlevel, not all items rares that can drop from there are necessary for the chaos recipe, e.g. quivers and jewels aren't needed for it.

Also note that this only counts for drops from entities that spawn there, if you have a drop e.g. from an incubator, the itemlevel is determined by the incubators ilvl instead, so if you found that elsewhere, the ilvl might be different enough to matter in this regard.
