Even a 1L Kitava's Feast is best weapon until Atziri's Disfavour?

Is a 1L Kitava's Feast the best weapon for a physical cyclone duelist slayer build until I can get a Disfavour? One of the stats on Kitava's Feast is being able to support supported gems with a lvl 25 melee splash so i'd be missing that. I can't afford a 1L Disfavour now and I know Kaom's armor is best in slot but it has 0 sockets. I am using a 6L rare body armor

Yes kitava feast is good for mapping but do note the support level 25 melee splash will make bossing sucks as damage have penalty

I used the 4L Cauterizer (fated version of Limbsplit) until I hit L75 and switched to the disfavour. Just don't use Brutality until then. The Cauterizer beat every other weapon by a mile (we're talking at least double) in damage due to the extra physical damage as fire component.

No.

The 'melee splash' doesn't work with cyclone (cyclone is not a 'strike' skill).

The best (and super cheap weapon) is Sinvicta's Mettle. With it's increased area of effect with Rampage, and Rampage has all kinds of cool effects like summoning weapons that fight for you (and monsters attack them, leaving you alone). I used one until 90 and into t15 maps.

Atziri's Disfavour sucks compared to some even decent crafted axes now. I have a x-510 damage Vaal Axe I crafted for less than an exalt. Waiting on an ilvl 80+ Elder Vaal Axe to craft a better one.

double the damage vs the feast? ಠ_ಠ

the feast is the 2. highest unique axe in terms of damage and has double the phys dmg of the cauterizer. the 70% extra ele damage are not nearly enough to double the damage a feast would do.

if I switch out on my legion cyclone build the feast for a perfect rolled cauterizer and brutality for dmg on full life then I missing around 50k total dmg in PoB

personally I like the feast more than the green rampage axe, because of the corpse destruction. never need to fear porcupines, necromancer or detonate dead chests

Grumpy is way off.

Nobody fears necromancers, they are just annoying, and easily countered by Vaal Detonate Dead for a one gem slot investment (if you even bother).

Never need to fear porcupines? Again, wtf? I have no idea what you are talking about, unless you think the 'life on kill' can leech you over it... doesnt' work in red maps I can attest.

I'm sub 5k life right now; waiting on my 6L elder vaal axe before I use Kaoms chest; and my rings only have like 40 life... yet I'm still easily no-death running guardians. I'd like to see a video of someone using Kitava's Feast, aka the 6 alchemy shard vendor unique, doing the same.

maybe read better, I even stated that I talk about the "Enemies you hit are destroyed on Kill" and not about the leech stats

Ok so I got like 450c and the absolute worst Disfavours are 2ex. Should I get that for 2ex?
