Little question about the Vaal Paradoxica Rapier

so the unique rapier vaal paradoxica deals double damage. does it mean its physical dps from 150-160 is doubled? or the whole dps from an ability? not really sure how it works does it mean that my dps which is currently at 2.6million is doubled for each paradoxica hit? or just the dps from the weapon itself?

Only from the weapon. Also it only doubles damage from hits, not the dps.

try stabbing a bucket with it and see for yourself how much damage it truely deals

Only from the weapon. Also it only doubles damage from hits, not the dps.

so only the dmg from the weapon and not the ability? so its basically better to get a rapier with higher dps then the paradoxica?
