Want to play PoE but can't download it on Steam.
So I want to play PoE but I really want to play from Steam, but it isn't available for me.
But I know there's an official website, but I do not want to play there cuz steam has achievements.
So If anyone here can give me link to download PoE like when I'm playing Elsword on steam but not available either and I'm using link like this steam://install/237310 to download Elsword, please give me one...?

why can you not download it? are you on linux or something?

China? Some countries are blocked from playing the international version...

For the first time I try to open it , it says not available for my region. But when I reload it says an current error, something went wrong, try again later. But not said "not available for this region" or something. Cuz I can open it from browser but can't open it from steam.
That's weird and confusing :/
Also I'm not using Linux.
