why do I have to start over again just to play the new content?

I had such a nice character going, I don't want to start over again, but I also want to play the new content. Is there no way to get my existing character into the new mode?

There's no way. And that's deliberate, as the new league has it's own ladder and such, so bringing in anything from another league would essentially be cheating.

Other people in the same league are competing against you, check the ladder. Doesn't matter if you don't trade, that's just another additional rule to your specific league.

I am with you OP. System they have is bollocks honestly. While I understand why it exists, why they are not offering non-competitive legion league for these, who just want to continue with their characters?

Standard is not the same thing...

starting over is one of the main reasons for why to play a new league, new economy and such if you dont like it you can stay in standard with that Etard called Demi

Only ever playing twink characters or characters that are already at end game is dull. It doesn't even take long to get to end game, 10-20 hours depending on progression speed.

true... but trust me, it'd be significantly more boring to just be thrown right into mapping at lvl 1 since then literally all you're doing is mapping, not only at the endgame

just play standard. I switched to standard league after synthesis and I dont miss the competitive leagues one bit. get in where you fit in.

besides, a lot of new content gets patched, nerfed, buffed, etc. so why not wait until ggg irons out all the wrinkles before playing the new content?

just be patient.
