On the other hand the later endgame can get quite challenging even with a decently geared dude.
Endgame consists of farming maps that you then craft more mods on to farm higher and more harder maps. There is also different systems of sorta infection that happens in endgame that you can shape and produce very high end gear. durring this portion it is quite easy just hit a wall because you need to git gud or farm out better gear.
I mostly enjoy this portion of the game but it can become super grindy so I can see why many dropout or roll alts at this point. Anyways try out the game it is a bunch of fun once you get past the info overload.
Play the game and see for yourself
they are not hard... then some boss comes along and 1shots you/u adapt
thats just how they work
and poe might look more complex than other ARPGs but it is really not
and if u want a more acurate representation of how the game works for "new" players
try looking at new players at lower lvls
twitch
and pretty much any of the korean streamers(lol)
Is this a joke post? Because it's not something people say in a serious manner at all.
There has never been someone who had said something this silly before.
And that includes every comedian dating back to when they were court jesters. :)
I dont get why you dont just try the game? If you are new you will probably not survive Act 1 or 2.
So yes the skill threshold bar in PoE is very low, however the time investment and build knowledge bars are very very high.
It is also worth noting that GGG has lately made significant efforts towards rewarding and ecouraging active, skillful play by discouraging the use of triggered spells and rewarding the active use of skills at opportune moments.
While I generally agree with your statement and wouldn't want it to be different, I still feel like the build knowledge threshold and skill threshold should be closer together. The consequences of these two being too far apart results in weak builds just being devastated regardless of how skillful in positioning, reaction and tactics a player is while a great build will breeze through the same content without requiring virtually any skill.
I feel like some of the changes to bosses also contribute to raising the needed skill bar with very powerful but well-telegraphed boss attacks that can be manually avoided or mitigated by thoughtful and timeful use of appropriate skills.
Pretty much.
The difficulty feels the same as Diablo 3 on Master for a new character without any bonuses. You probably won't die for the majority of your leveling process.
Nice joke.
I tried it, but I didn't die, and I'm just wondering if I should continue playing. Games where you just collect loot aren't my cup of tea really, it's why I never finished Diablo 3 (game got too samey and easy).
