Anyone know how Angler's Plait works?

Says you catch fish, but how?

Fishing is not implemented in the game, but there are fishing items and a fishing master. The new league even has a divination card that gives a fishing pole.

Perhaps in some future expansion it might be added, or it just might stay a joke like it is now.

Fishing is in the game but it is not easy and few people know how to do it! and the ring Angler's Plait is the rarest in PoE !!! but enough said otherwise I will still be banished for
