If you're not planning on investing real money into tabs, the way you're doing it now is the only other way of trading that I know. There are other trading programs, but they work in a similar fashion so I don't think you're losing out on anything.
Just make sure to check the price of items, especially rares, with someone knowledgeable because the trademacro isn't really reliable outside of uniques and currencies, and even then the average prices can get skewed due to people posting fake selling prices to intentionally lower the prices of items so they can buy them cheaper and then sell for more to make a profit.
I do use prenium tabs for listing,
PoeTrademacro for Price checking,
Poe trade companion for quick selling.
But I'm kind of tired of alt-tabbing to search for items.
There are quite a few that dont violate TOS. If you want to trade without premium stash tabs you can use procurement or aquisition, though I havnt used either so I cant comment on how they work.
I and a lot of other use Mercury Trade, there is another one that is like mercury trade that I cant remember the name of right now (When you see people send you that message "My whatever is ready to be picked up" thats the one like mercury trade I cant think of the name of).
Edit: Trade companion thats what its called, the guy above me uses that one.
Only trade tool I use.
Made 70+ exalts last league from trading.
