question about the "Minions deal %increased damage"mod on rings.
Hey all, after some research on the PoEDB and poegamepedia site about delve fossils and delve modifiers i can't seems to find any info about the "Minions deal %increased damage" (of the underground) mod for rings. the mod does indeed exist since there are rings sold with that mod on the poe trade sites.

This makes me wonder since there are alot of specific DELVE mods, for example; the helmet suffix that reduces chaos resistance to nearby enemies (also with the "of the underground" suffix name to indicate that its a delve mod) which can be obtained by using Fossil crafting.

Also noteworthy all delve specific related prefixes have the sub name "Subterranean" and suffixes "of the underground".

It came to my attention by ingame messages since the info was lacking on aforementioned sites, that the "Minions deal % increased damage" on rings can only specifically drop in certain Delve encounter rooms (ones that drop minion related stuff), but now my question is since that mod is also a part of the "of the underground" delve suffix series together with mods that can also be crafted with fossils, is it possible that the "Minions deal % increased damage" can also be crafted by using "bound" fossils? since this remains unclear to me, i dont want to waste bound fossils for nothing if that mod is in fact "drop only", OR missing out in being able to craft it with bound fossils.

Since so far sellers of such rings were either "secretive" about the mod, or not really engaging in conversation, besides the absence of information about the mod on PoEDB and the gamepedia wiki sites alike. Thanks in advance!

PS: i saw a seller with alot of vermillion rings with the "minion deal increased damage" mod, shouldnt vermillion rings only drop in atlas related regions? or did they also add vermillion rings in the delve reward pool? have a good day! :)

With the newer league mechanics, you can get special mods on items outside of their introducing league, so say. You can e.g. find quite a lot of temple of atzoatl mods on stuff from legion and blight, I'd suspect that they are able to drop items with delve mods as well, but haven't noticed that specifically. My guess is hence that those map-restricted bases with those mods come from such map with aforementioned encounters.

that would be a good explanation for it yeah, what would your opinion be about the main question i asked in my OP?

being; If the "Minion deal % increased damage" on rings is also available to fossil craft or not, since information about supposed delve "drop only" mods is completely missing in information resources (PoEDB, poegamepedia/wiki sites) thus no one can really say for certain that you can't use fossils to craft those unless tests on large scale were done to then exclude those mods from the pool to mark them "drop only" mods. Since those tests are also absent in the main (reliable) information resources.

Opinion? I wouldn't assume it to be craftable, if poedb doesn't list it, but that's an assumption, not something certain.

fair enough :) Although it would be a good thing if at one day those information sources also added a specific Delve "drop only" list of mods so people can at least be aware that those mods exist (just like the +1 spectres "drop only" delve mod on chest armour missing completely in those information sources)
