"All unidentified AND all 20% quality" rare set vendor recipe

Hi. I've searched but couldn't find any answer. Is this "all 20% quality" means all items individually should have 20% or total of 20%, e.g %10 from boots and %10 from weapon etc.

It's probably intended for the higher versions of that recipe, like chaos and regals ;)

But yeah, don't waste your time with the 20% version of them.

It's an old recipe. It used to be useful but not anymore. It's definitely a waste of time now. But some people still use it so that's probably why it's still in the game.

Sadly they still have a lot of useless trash that never got removed or revamped. I wouldn't even be mad if their next big update was just a pure focus on ♥♥♥♥ that needs to be revamped or removed. So much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clutter. Just look at the drop system, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous, rip neverfilter dudes.
