Where is Vorici pls help

So I am on act 8 and I am still to find Vorici for the 1st time. Can any1 help me?
Do I need to go back to some earlier act or am I just ♥♥♥♥♥ with luck and keep on going?
Can I finish the game and then see Vorici for the 1st time on maps or do I need to find him in acts?

100% Luck, but they appear more often in Maps at an unfair rate.

Mind you, you should have at least 1 of your Masters at lvl 4 by then, as well as have to had ran into him at least once in your way up to A8...they all spawn at least once before endgame so you must have missed him. :/

I have other masters some lvl5+ but I haven't seen Vorici one time still.. O.o

At least one? All of my masters are on level 5-6 except one being level 4 and I am now at end of act 7...

Well, the next best thing to do is find someone who has Vorici in their hideout and will let you leech your first.

I am not focused on lvl masters just do missions when I find them in Act no dailies :)

Yeah. That's definitly the grind part, but quickest way to get them leveled.

I think you have higher chances around Sarn, as it's his idle town. At least for me he nearly always shows up for a first time somewhere in act 3; sometimes as late as library, but still.
