if your goal is just to get a disfavor then you should be able to do that easily enough just grinding away.
oh okay thanks for the aclaration

You don't farm for exalted orbs. You farm for w/e, and trade for them
i see, thanks for your answer!

Not true, flipping means buying low selling high, barely anyone actually goes out to farm such large amount of currency, it's usually done through finding a couple of ex first then selling that for one currency and buying another cheaper, netting you X% Profit on each trade... e.g. buying 100 chaos for 1 ex but then buying another ex with that 100 chaos for 90 chaos.

Ive spent $1,000s and have had exactly 1 exalt drop for me in the new league. . .

this special RNG that you say GGG gives us that spend more on the game than you make in a month flipping burgers doesn't exist. . .

Another good way to get a few ex is to take advantage of new leagues, since currency is rarer early on, the stuff you can easily farm has a greater value.

If you want to play Path of Exile you play ssf, the rest holds no challenge with all the trading going on.

the devs said themselves that ssf was the way they intended the game to be in the first place and hence why it was made in the first place i recall.

Personally, it still doesn't change the fact that i have to keep making new builds every league and the game did get old for me many leagues back.

It's still the same content you have to run through regardless of the rng.

Please link where they said this, because I follow everything GGG does very closely and never once saw them say this.

How is it that with all the new content in the game, that you got bored because you couldn't run the same build every single league? Not that anyone was forcing you to change builds constantly, but I find it curious that you are getting bored by the new content constantly coming out and the new builds.

Absolute NONSENSE. If this were thet case, they wouldn't base drop rates and weighted values on the existance of trading.

Solo self found is quite literally knee capping your self.

SSF mode was implemented because people kept asking for it. End of story, but you're just maknig stuff up. I would love itt if SSF mode actually had fair drops and weighted values, but it doesn't. You're penalized and knee capped just to say " yay me, I'm solo". I was one of the few asking for a solo mode. But I didn't mean the same fricken game, jsut with a " yay me, I'm solo" tag. The current implementation of SSF is a joke and borderline insulting.

Ya know ive never had "lag" per se. Ive had performence issues.
You know what fixed that? Going into the config and manually reducing the graphics qaulity from 1 to 3 - and then from 3 to 5 because i was getting lich fights.

When did Chris Wilson EVER say the game was intended to be a single player experience. Ever. In years and years and years of forum posts and announcements I have never seen a GGG developer EVER confirm or say anything like this. Why would a MASSIVELY MULTIPLAYER ARPG game be considered or have the intentions of a single player experience. Are you out of your mind? I think you would actually have to enjoy self harm and cutting your own ♥♥♥♥ off on a regular basis to enjoy this from a purely single player perspective. The crowd of people playing it would be so small the game would fail miserably.

RMT is a problem but I can assure people with 1000 exalts didn't buy there way to it. Play the game. You're seriously suggesting some of the streamers with so much currency your head hurts cheated there way to it? Say that to Zizaran, Ziggy D... jeez man cmon
