Hello there, Can we use the steam money to pay microtransaction?

yes

simply go ingame in the shop and click "get points" and the steam payment authenticator will open.

I dont think you can if you want to buy one of the supporter packs though.

You can. Just goto the MTX window and click the button at the top, it then opens the steam payment system.
You're better off buying a support pack rather than just coins.

You can use your steam wallet to pay for transactions in this game; but, you shouldn't. They need to invest in better servers and haven't (and don't plan on it).
