A 144hz monitor helped, that I dont see the problem anymore. But I still have problems like flickering textures and vegetation in other games. Tried to fix all of this for a year, no solution even with new pc. I think its a driver problem, that most people don't notice.
Too good eyes, that we see this? xD
Blurry text maybe. But not flickering textures. Just google it. No solution, but known problem for a few people.
Look for wordings like Theater mode, Gaming mode, smoothing, fast motion blur and such.

But most people only play Poe1 at 10-14 fps anyway. therefore... at least until it crashes again.
