Why doesn't the Scion have access to all the SAME LEVEL skill gems???

So I decided to play as a Scion for the first time and at level ten I realized that the Scion doesn't get to buy Freezing Pulse from Nessa. So I created a witch and bought it for my Scion as soon as I got to Lioneyes Watch. I just wanted to point that out as I am sure Freezing Pusle is not the only skill gem missing from Nessa's inventory while playing as a Scion.

scroll down on the same link, there you'll find vendor stuff.

every class has a portion of some gems which they can buy. Scion has a bit of everything, but not all the nice stuff. If you want a other level skill, make a new char, its fast. if you need a more mid range skill, then wait till you arrive at the library to buy it from siosa

you get access to all gems at act 3 by completing the library ghost quest or it might be "almost" all gems

"almost all" it is :) and then gems from Siosa are level 1 where Nessa sells leveled gems.

Once you reach Act 6, A Vendor is unlocked which sells every single gem in game.

Originally the point of scion was that she could get access to all the gems to begin with, what with her being capable of EVERYTHING.

Making her not be able to get everything is really, really, really lame. I really wanted arcane surge to go with lightning tendrils for leveling before VD...

Up until recently she always had them. What she didnt have, no one else did either until siosa or lilly.
I cant even get the starting supports as scion anymore - just onslaught. And onslaught isnt very good for spells early on.

and just looked it up, you can get arcane surge on scion. just do the right quest for it.
