Anyone else having issues with Charge Dash gem not working when slotted ?

I meet the dex requirements but it still says Skill Can't be used in my hotbar.

Are you by any chance unarmed? Charged Dash doesn't work when unarmed.

no i am using double lifesprig wands atm

may be can't use wand and this skill

Charged Dash is tagged melee, you're using a ranged weapon setup instead. You'll need a melee weapon.
