Gem Vendors for 3.0 list?

Does anyone know of a list with what vendors sell what skill and support gems for 3.0? I'm in act 5 and have completed some quests. The vendor there in act 5 it doesn't show a tab 2 for gems they sell. Usually you have to complete some quests before the gems appear to purchase which I've already done.

Just go to the library and trade with Siosa?

Just complete the first part. The town of the second part sell all gems after the first quest without restriction ( Lvl1 gems)

The vendors in the act that you got the gem will sell them slightly levelled, Siosa (the ghost in the Library) will trade any gem to you once you do his quest, or Lilly (from Act 6 and onwards) will trade any gem to you.
