Lockstep, continuously maintain sync, was developed for people who desyncs after people complained years ago. For people with good and stable internet... No bandwidth shaping, no throttling or bad peering...Ping < 100 ms.
My ping is 4ms, so not an issue. Heh.
Predictive, 2 versions of your game are running, your client and the server version, you are synced to the server version, any lag will put you out of sync with the server and will resuly in you rubberbanding to where the server says you are, at it's worst it will take you into rooms you have not been in in the client. (made worse by sloppy game play by the user)
Lockstep (was not deployed for people that had latency related desync but for those that played sloppily, like running though a door and round a corner at max speed where the difrence in position between your client and the server are effected even by minimal latency)
You are not going to get teleported anywhere in locksep you'll always be where you should be but latency and packet loss WILL make it stutter.
YOU should run WinMTR as per the guide here http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789
Run it while you play with the problem then post the results, that will show where the problem is then you can go from there.
but nice that you necro a topic for such irrelevant crap
