question about poe trade

ok so as an example, there's a rat's nest on poe with an evasion of 745. upon consulting the poe wiki it said 745 is the only evasion it can have. but some rat's nests on poe trade have an evasion of 648 (forgot exact number) is it a bug or what's up? Similarly to this is another example: kintsugi exquisite leather. poe wiki says it can have evasion between about 1500 to 1600 (forgot exact values) but some kintsugis on poe trade have an evasion of about 1200. Is there something I'm not getting??

It has to do with the quality modifier of the item. If you turn on the normalize quality option for poe.trade you will see them as all perfect 20% quality to avoid confusion. Hope this helps!

The normalize quality option is turned on by default. Thanks for trying to help me though.
