Sadly it does nothing :(
Its very strange cause before 3.0 it works flawlessly...
Reinstalled the game etc...nothing caps my fps at 144 except 3rdpartyprogramms
like msi afterburner etc...:(
I dont use G-Sync or Freesync.
Win7 64bit and nvidia 1080 with newest Drivers.
I use an 144hz Gsyncmonitor, even when i disable Gsync and force Vsync for example in the NvidiaControlpannel the frames are way over 180 etc...ONLY in POE :(. I dont know whats going on here...but its very strange...and the stuttering etc while playing is very annoying :(. Cause i dont want to run afterburner all the time...
Maybe someone from GGG is watching this?. I already send a ticket to GGG...I hope they can help me/us...When i have a solution i let you know...BTW sry for my bad english...not a nativespeaker here...
My Setup in short = Win 10 64/16 GB RAM/3570k/500 GB SSD/980 Strix 4 GB.
yes sometimes...you cap your frames to 144fps with afterburner for example or do you "let the fps fly"?
Therefor it is not the same problem or someone else with a problem as there is no problem.
Have you tried EVGA Precision X ?
:edit
There is also RivaTuner Statistic Server or Nvidia Inspector
As i told you guys already, not even Riva Tuner/Afterburner is capping the FPS at the right frametarget now.
With 2.6 there was no problem, only after 3.0 there is a issue.
