How long is PoE?

So I'm new to this game and I really enjoy it so far. I was just wondering about the lenght of the game (all 10 acts) I tried to Google it but I end up getting different answers (10-500h).

So could someone tell me how long the game is? :)

Hi, not sure but i actually make a playtrough with my friend. We played before, so we know the game. We have around 28 hours and started the last Act.

For a new players, if you take you time i gues you will need around 25-40hours. deepents on playstyle and build.
Than beginns the Mapping engame and there you can kill hundreds of hours with 1 char.

This isn't a telltale game where you can say that every failure adds 30s, you can fail on like 23 occasions and the main game is 4.5h.

That relies so much on RNG, playstyle (explore everything vs explore nothing, use a proven built or just take it in on your own, whether you trade with other players or not), whether you want to experience the lore, how often you take breaks and hence repeat small portions of the content, ... it really might between 10 and 100h, and then there's the definition of "end", is the atlas of worlds content within the game for this, then add quite a bit, especially if you're playing without trading.

um average runs from 1-10 is about 12-16 hours or so... if its your first time its more like 20 - 25 honestly :O

took me about 14 hours, since your new focus on defensive stats on your gear like resistances so you dont get a reality check later ;)

Acts 1 to 10 are just the introduction. After that is mapping, which is where you spend far more time that you will in the 10 acts. And mapping can in fact go on forever.

For a good player it takes between 10 and 20 hours. For a new player, with exceptions of course, I'd say 40 to 80 hours, depending on their ARPG backround. Some new players will never finish it with their first character and have to start a new one, due to very poor choices in the skill tree.... but generally unless you have absolutely no idea what you are doing almost any build can go through all 10 acts.

No seriously, the full game takes maybe only about 1-2 days to beat if you are pretty good at it. But with the maps etc. the game never ends. Ultimately it's a grinding game where you try and get the best possible gear for a certain build and gain currency to do other builds.

Took me 25 hours to finish act 10 on a new character. I skipped all the text in acts 1-4, but listened/read all of the act 5-10 stuff and explored much of the new maps to find unique mobs and such. I could see maybe doing it in 17-20 hours on my next character.

It's as long as it takes you to get bored of it... I'm 15 hours in and having fun but may quit due to no item autosorting. it's a feature I've grown to rely on in other games and Really miss in this one.

Depends. If you can somehow manage to clear all the content on your first run through, maybe 50 hours?

People play games like this and diablo for the farming of loot and character perfection, so youll see insane hours played from other players.
