Can't complet "Deal with the Bandits" quest

Decided to help Oak, somehow got The Apex but the quest is not finished and didn't got the +40HP, now i don't know what to do. Here are some screenshots uploaded to imgur:

Really don't know what's happening. If anyone experienced the same problem and solved it please help me! (excuse my poor english)

Deal with the bandits rewards I believe have changed, why the quest isn't completing may just be a bug that happens sometimes. If you have already tried re-logging and that hasn't fixed the issue the only thing I can suggest is starting a new character.

Tried re-logging and nothing changed. I'll start another character since nothing can be done and it's not that far from the starting point. Thanks for helping me!

I had a similar issue while leveling a new character for the league as well. It said I had the quest still in my quest log even though I already had gotten the 2 passive points.

Eventually it just went away on it's own.
