Attack speed for Cyclone?

I'd like to know if Cyclone gains bonus attack speed from, well attack speed stats. I'm trying to make a decent build focused on Cyclone, with a focus on mana/hp leech, bleed and defenses, and I'd like to know if I can optimize it with attack speed or if Cyclone isn't affected by it.

if you look on the Cyclone Gem it says Attack, AoE, Movement, Melee
Movement speed on boots will increase your attack and melee attack speed, also nodes that give you movement speed. So any node that says "Attack Speed" or "Movement Speed"

I dont think this is true.
Movement speed wont increase attack speed with cyclone.
However with most movement abilities attack speed might increase the speed at which you move, im not sure though.

You get a -30 movement speed reduction from cyclone, any movement speed increase will increase damage.

Unless you get Juggernaught ascendancy "unstoppable" grants 10% movement speed and you can not be slowed to below base speed which takes care of the movement reduction from cyclone.
