"Ruler of Highgate" (Act9)

To get a bit more attentio to this question, here a new thread....

The quest "Ruler of highgate" in Act 9 gives you the decision to give the feather to "Tasuni" or "Irasha"...

Does anyone know wheater there are differences between those two? I didn't find an info on that.

Anything i have to keep in mind or to consider?

Only thing is the dialogue of the person you choose both of them give you a skill book as the reward
