Ring & Amulet drops

Are any particular monsters or maps more likely to drop jewelry? I need more for chaos recipes. I have multiple sets ready to sell that just need the rings and amulets.

No to all. The best you can do is increase your "increased item rarity" for better drops. If you're at end-game doing maps, do rare maps.

Well, theoretically you could play maps that yield http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/The_Lover or get some http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Poorjoy's_Asylum with rolls for amulets or rings to increase your drops in that regard, but it may not be worth the effort.

Exiles drop full sets of gear, just not always in the right rarity, playing maps with more of them may help you (either mod or bosses like on http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Precinct_Map ), just as well as if you have a way to force strongboxes (legacy league), where you may get jewellery strongboxes.

Note that some listed methods will grant you ilvls high enough for the regal recipe.

You can just buy blanks and alq them. You still going to end up top. Farming jewelry its a snooze fest but you can just do dried lake until you puke you are bound to get jewelry each run, just increase your IIR, i dont know how much are IIQ gems nowaday tho but hat gem usually tend to help getting blanks.
In all my years of playing POE not once i completed a set recipe, there are better ways to get wealthy, to each its own.

Essence or alchemy some white rings/amulets(Can be bought from vendors). 1 chaos is better than 0.

dont do this, chaos recipe is okay, but wasting currency to do it is pointless

Hoarding is pointless. Convert when you need it, for everything including a chance to create a good rare to sell to other players.
