I'm not sure if you mean mtx, cool looking unique, or nice looking base armor.. if it fits into your build, belly of the beast looks great.

poe is kind of stat first, usually the only way your char looks good is if you get some mtx.

Some really cool body armour is the Carcass Jack. The Belly of the Beast. Death's Oath. Kaom's Heart. Snowblind Grace(upgrades to The Perfect Form). Kintsugi(I really like this one) Cospri's Will(this one is cool too).
