Full clear the harvest

I've been trying to full clear the harvest for the achievement, and I think its broken. I've swept through all paths twice now, no monsters left, but still no full clear. Did the bosses too.
Is it broken? Am I missing something? Help would be appreciated, thank you.

Found it, had to go into black core and kill the final boss too. Not properly worded on achievement, but oh well.

Well malachi chamber is technically part of the harvest map (like literally, it's on the same level area, it's like the vaal pyramids in act 2 or the scepter on god in act 3, they look like they are all different floors but they are actually one big area, you just teleport from one part to another using false level doors).

yes, it works. got Cleanser today. only 4.0% have it. It must be hard to do.

Only 4% has "Locomancer: Tag each waypoint". Don't judge difficulty by that ;]
