On top of that the build got a lot of power charges with the 4% spell damage per power charge node, that will equal any notable you would take on the tree.
Most nodes you've listed just grant bland increased lightning damage %. Increases are added up into one factor, meaning "increased damage" has quite a bit of diminishing returns, and you'll probably already have some on your gear. Imagine two Doryanis Catalyst, that's already a factor of 2.8 (from the elemental damage increase), what's an additional 6% per node on it from that one example of yours? 2% more? Not that much if you can instead go into better crits, which have secondary stats as well (more crits mean more likely to be shocked, better generation through power charge on crit, ...)
