Any farming places from act 1-5?

Hello im feeling like my character is too weak to go through act 4 and wondering if there is a place in the different ats thats good to farm so i lvl up?

My character is lvl 40 atm and its really slow to lvl, maybe i got the wrong gear though lol.

If you are at Act 4 already, most people run the "Dried Lake" area until their eyes bleed. It's got a good chances at loot(from lots of monsters) and an easy layout.

Well i just started act 4, i havent done anything there so it might be best to farm at act 3? where can i farm at act 1 and 2? I got characters all over the place lol

No Dried Lake really is your best option at the moment if you don't want to continue with the main quests and instead spend some time on leveling. If you go back to the beginning of Act 3 or even Act 2 you'll get much less experience since you are way overleveled for those areas.

Edit : Of course if you continue and finish the game on normal , you'll have it easier in Act 1 and 2 of the next difficulty even though the monsters there have a higher level (which also means you get more experience from them).

In that case, Act 1 "The Ledge" is a pretty good one. You can run that one a ton and since it's just a long, narrow "tunnel", so to speak, you can just reset it over and over and keep running it.

Same concept for Act 3 "City of Sarn", its the area right before the Act 3 camp(right after the 3 armed Pyrmid Apex Boss.)

(If you don't know, when you click a portal or a door to transition to the next area, you can hold "Shift" when you click and it will give you a menu screen to go in to a "Fresh" run of the area you just went into)

Well alright , a good place to farm / grind in Act 3 is docks - easy layout , lots of enemys. I tend to farm it a lot more , than dried lake on merciless with new characters since you can start a new instance quickly.

Well, people usualy enter Cruel at level 40-45 without any issues.
What problems do you have? Low survivability or low dps?

Both lol i dont find good gear and/or idk what a good gear is. Im going for tornado shot and sorry, i meant im lvl 30 x)

wait, does that mean, you're at the beginning of act 4 and lv 30? uhm if so, you are underleveled and missed the Labyrinth so far.

Use the EXP formula (3 + (PlayerLevel/16)) to choose a level appropriate zone from either City of Sarn, Docks or Dried Lake.
