And you will find your Twitch Prime items (purple effect items) here.
I'll put a screenshot here to let you understand it better:

I had to actually log in to the PoE account management and let it access the Twitch API from there. I never knew that possibility even existed, since the Twitch page about their "linking" with PoE doesn't directly mention anything like it, and I hadn't quite thought it through myself.

"[...] and linked your Twitch account with your PoE account [...]"
Can someone please tell me how I'd do that after they apparently removed the whole possibility to link PoE to Twitch, at least in the client that's available through Steam (which is obviously different from the PoE client downloadable directly from their site, as it has a button to log in with your Steam ID but not your original PoE login credentials).
I, too, have obtained some Twitch Prime item/extra for PoE, and even though my Twitch account and my Steam account are linked together, PoE seems oblivious of the fact.
What I'm looking for is a way to link all three elements simultaneously - Twitch, Steam & PoE.
If that can't be done, though, what good is the Steam<>PoE connection altogether.
Once they're added to the Twitch Prime (Amazon Prime) account, the items are safe and then when you link it to the PoE account they're in the in-game shop inventory available to be used anytime you want.
There's no action needed to claim or enable them by any additional means after they are added.
They even get added while you're logged in so you can apply them to your stuff right away.
So, whether the accounts are linked or not during the event, is basically irrelevant.
