sell em and enjoy hittin the jackpot :D
1: 25% Power Charge on Crit. This buff applies to EVERYTHING your character does, not just any skill(s) linked to it like Power Charge on Crit Support. This allows a player to easily obtain power charges without any other generation sources like Assassin's Mark, only passive tree investment. One can easily drop Assassin's Mark for another curse if they'd like seeing as they now have an even more consistent way to amass charges.
2: Stun based on 500% mana. On a basic level, chance to stun is dependent on two factors: damage of a hit and life of the entity receiving the hit. If a player is running Chaos Innoculation, they have an extremely high chance to be stunned when hit. With Skyforth, the formula is modified to be based on maximum mana instead. This gives an insane boost to survivability to ES builds.
Even if Skyforth had only one of these two effects, it'd still be worth quite a lot. Throw in the 30% movement speed, high mana increase, and 6% reduced mana reserved and you have just an insane pair of stylish knee-high boots.
