Crisp graphics possible?
So I've just started the game and immediately noticed the graphics are not crisp. They seem squashed. Lines are not smooth, they're jagged. Not at all crisp like the trailer gameplay footage. How do I fix this? I want the graphics to look crisp like the trailer - whether I achieve this through windowed mode or fullscreen I don't care - I just want crisp, clear graphics like the trailer.

it seems like all the art was done on a small resolution then upscaled.

I found fullscreen to desktop resolution and vsync on helped a bit. Not as crisp as I wanted, but better than it was in windowed mode.

So clearly you had no reason to post here, besides bragging about it xD.

What they said, it looks upscaled which is a shame, with max settings on 1080p.
(Also since the bigger the monitor the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ an upscaled text would look, and that on Max Settings + 1080p it still looks weird, I somehow doubt Fishnot actually understands the issue lol).

This was also problem with Castle Crashers but it's not that visible in this game. What can you do when you use bitmaps instead of vectors and do your game first for 720p device. I still don't know what engine they are using but giving other options besides bilinear upscale filtering could help the situation or even zooming camera bit out but don't know if that would've braken some level design balance. At least game doesn't look ugly :fhappy:

It would've been sweet if they put some effects in there for fun. For example excessive bloom, modern game filter (everything's gray with realistic sound effects), 16-bit filter and 1 billion p fiter (ultra sharpen).
