Someone needed an answer to this question and they deleted their post before I can answer. So heres the answer:
1. Open Default Programs by clicking the Start button, typing default programs and then clicking Default Programs.
2. Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
This opens list of extensions. Click on any of the extensions.
3. To change the default program for the particular extension, click on change program button.
4. Select the program you want to open with and click Ok.

I had this issue but i actually fixed it by loading my EA app and signing in - my error message came from trying to load battlefield 4 and 5 so just anyone who found this and still having issues, try to load or download the EA app and sign in and load the game from there! best wishes!
