What causes golden hats to spawn?
I seen one in a level and I'm curious about how to spawn it and if it's once per level thing.

Once on Co-op, we finished a level and THEN a hat spawned.

I was in arena and right when it ended I saw the gold hat message. Also, don't you hate when ppl in arena troll with the gold hat? I've seen ppl take it then jump into the water on purpose XD
