I can't get the Theater Manager achievement

I've download and tried a bunch of player made levels but i simply can't get the achievement, can anyone please help me? I'm probably doing something wrong but i don't know what.

wich mode are you playing?
i remember getting the achievement playing a random map in the arena mode

by ''download and host a game of user-created levels'' it means ''host'' as in another player needs to join you
