Battle block theater giving a fatal error for a specific steam account
I bought the game for 2 accounts. It works for one account perfectly and for 2nd account its giving me an fatal error "Audio loaded, assets not loaded, init complete, movie not active, no session active". This error is not specific to a particular system. Its related to steam account. So if i switch to different account the game works perfectly fine.

What I did:-
Logged in from windows system with steam account 1 == Game works perfectly.. no issue
logged out from steam account 1.
Logged in from steam account 2 on same windows machine == Game crashes with above mentioned error.

Same result if I install an run on other windows machine.(works for same account and error at other)
Since it worked for one account and crashed for other, I don't think the issue is related to my local windows machine, but something related to steam account for this game

My issue got resolved, thanks for the support by TheBehemoth support team.

How I was able to solve the issue..
The issue was some problem with config files that got saved in Steam cloud.
I was advised to reset cloud data to default...
1. right click BBT in steam library > select "properties" > select "updates" tab > untick the "Enable Steam Cloud Synchronization".
2. After that, deleting the "BattleBlockTheaterConfig" file at location :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(steam ID)\238460\remote\
3. Boot Again.

New files got created, but this time with the default settings.
Game started working fine... YAYYY!!!

After this, since I know my game started working, I re-enabled Steam Cloud Synchronization option again, and booted the game.. This time it prompted me to either select local saved data or cloud saved data, I choose local . With this I lost some saved cached data that was stored in cloud, but the game started work fine.
