Nope. Although, at the end of each chapter you'll have timed levels

Theres a unused boss in the files however it was not complete, it could only be damaged with Fire, Lazers and those red cube things, and the Fan and Vacuum can push/pull the boss, this unused boss can also cause the game to crash for clients of a game or a Mac/Linux user.

We can trace the boss back to January 7th 2011 with this video.
